Using the app

ChatDNA lets you upload chat exports and screenshots from messaging platforms to generate insights and communication statistics. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload. By uploading a conversation, you confirm that:

• You have the right to access and analyze the content.
• You comply with applicable laws and the terms of the messaging platforms involved.
• You will respect the privacy of others whose messages may appear in your uploads.

Insights are informational

The statistics, patterns, and "red flags" ChatDNA generates are automated, informational, and provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not professional, legal, medical, or relationship advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by ChatDNA and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our permission.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, stalk, or harm others.
• Upload content you are not authorized to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the app's security.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the insights will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatDNA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
